Shipping Coverage
Currently, Cozyweave ships exclusively within the United States. We do not provide worldwide shipping at this time. This allows us to maintain a high standard of delivery service and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment for all customers within the USA. Restricting our shipping area helps us focus on reliability, speed, and better customer service. We are continuously working to expand our services, but for now, we only deliver domestically.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
All orders require a standard processing time of approximately 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During this time, your order is verified, carefully packed, and handed over to our shipping carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays, as our team and shipping partners do not operate on those days.
Our cut-off time for order processing is 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Daylight Time, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed before 05:00 PM are typically processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 05:00 PM are processed the following business day.
The delivery timeline includes both processing and transit time. In most cases, customers can expect to receive their Cozyweave blankets within 3 to 8 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier workload, and external factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs and Transit Time
At Cozyweave, we believe that high-quality blankets should reach you without any additional burden of shipping costs. That’s why we proudly offer free shipping on all orders across the United States.
We work with leading carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. On average, these carriers deliver within 2 to 5 business days of shipment. Since processing time is separate, your final delivery window is calculated as Order Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time. Offering free shipping and trusted carriers means you get both value and reliability.
Tracking Information
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment. This allows you to follow your order in real time and know exactly when to expect your Cozyweave blanket.

Shipping Status

Order Changes

Item Not Received
If your tracking status indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your local postal office in case the package was delivered nearby.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly (FedEx/UPS) to open an inquiry regarding your package.

Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us at support@cozyweave.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. This window allows us to make corrections before the order is handed over to our shipping partner.
Unfortunately, once your order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. For this reason, we strongly recommend double-checking your address at checkout to avoid complications.
Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs required to resend your order.
