You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe handling.

This policy allows us to maintain high hygiene and quality standards while still offering flexibility to our valued customers.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or quality control reasons. Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The blanket shows visible signs of wear, use, or washing.
- Items are returned without original packaging (e.g., protective bag, box, or labels).
- The return request is made after the 30-day return window has expired.
- Items that are final sale or marked as “non-returnable” at checkout.
- Products are returned incomplete, damaged due to improper handling, or not matching the original order.
Exchanges
Yes, we do accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window. If you would like to exchange your blanket for another style or size, please contact our support team. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will ship the replacement item, subject to availability.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to exchanges, unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
How to Initiate a Return

- A photo or video of the product (if it is damaged, faulty, or defective)

Return Shipping
- If the blanket is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cozyweave will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong item ordered, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We kindly request that all returned items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. For your safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can verify the return delivery.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. After inspection:
- You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.
- Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cozyweave.shop with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
Restocking Fees
At Cozyweave, we do not charge any restocking fees. Our priority is to make the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers.
