Can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Cozyweave blanket, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, clean, and returned in their original packaging. Once your return is inspected and approved, you will be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and product quality, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or washed blankets
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Final sale or “non-returnable” items clearly marked at checkout

Who covers the return shipping costs?

If your blanket arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Cozyweave will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a refund. However, if the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind or choosing the wrong color/size), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, Cozyweave does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

What should I do if my blanket arrives damaged or defective?

We sincerely apologize if your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at support@cozyweave.shop, and provide photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement blanket at no additional cost or process a refund if preferred.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return the original blanket (following our return policy) and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process once the blanket is delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
